Individual Guidance
The teacher can hear and coach every student within a single class.
Daily Curriculum & Batches
A six-day teaching schedule (Monday to Saturday) with structured group batches and a separate evening batch for working professionals.
The Week
The academy is designed as a small-group music learning studio — personal attention in every class, inside a collaborative musical environment.
| Time | Batch |
|---|---|
| 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Batch 1 |
| 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Batch 2 |
| 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Batch 3 |
| 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Batch 4 |
Sunday is reserved for rest, planning, recording sessions, student showcases and special workshops.
Small by Design
Every batch keeps its strength low — no more than six students — so the music, and each student, actually get attention.
The teacher can hear and coach every student within a single class.
Tiny groups stay focused, practice seriously and grow steadily.
Every student stays visible — more chances to play, sing and shine.
Conversation, correction and encouragement flow naturally in a small circle.
The Musician's Batch
Unlike traditional classes where everyone learns the same instrument, every batch at The Music Room is a mixed group of singers and instrumentalists, all learning the same musical concept on their own instrument.
A typical batch may include:
Harmonium students may join the keyboard group when applicable.
This system helps students understand music as a common language — not as separate subjects.
| Musical Concept | Vocal Student | Guitar Student | Piano Student |
|---|---|---|---|
| Major Scale | Sings the scale | Plays the scale | Plays the scale |
| Rhythm Pattern | Claps / sings | Strums the pattern | Plays the rhythm |
| Chord Progression | Sings over chords | Plays chords | Plays chords |
| Dynamics | Sings softly/loudly | Plays softly/loudly | Plays softly/loudly |
Inside a 60-Minute Class
One hour, six movements — from the first breath to the last chord. The daily class for the 3 PM – 6 PM batches follows this flow.
Continuity
Each batch attends three classes per week on alternate days — leaving practice time between classes while keeping learning continuous.
Same batch, three classes — rhythm, theory and repertoire, spaced evenly through the week.
An alternate rhythm for another batch — same curriculum, same care, different days.
The Evening Batch
Designed for adults who learn music for relaxation, self-expression and personal enjoyment — singing favourite songs, easy guitar or keyboard accompaniment, and gentle breathwork.
| Class Structure | Vibe |
|---|---|
| Gentle warm-up | Easy |
| Song learning | Playful |
| Simple accompaniment | Steady |
| Listening and relaxation | Calm |
| Group music sharing | Warm |
No exams, no performance pressure — this batch exists for joy, plain and simple.
Every Month
At the end of every month, one class becomes a Music Circle — where the room turns into a tiny stage and each student gets to be heard.
Every student takes a turn playing or singing in front of the circle.
Group playing and singing that makes ensemble feel instinctive.
One small circle at a time, fear fades and confidence grows.
Parents may be invited for selected showcase sessions.
Why It Works
"Every batch is intentionally mixed."
Because singers and instrumentalists share every class, students learn to listen to each other, develop timing and coordination, experience ensemble music from day one — and grow as complete musicians rather than isolated instrument learners.
